This is the privacy notice of Multiplier IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd. (“Multiplier IT Solutions ”). In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Multiplier IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The office locations of where Multiplier is located in US and India can be found on Contact Us page.
This Privacy Statement/Policy explains the collection, use, protection, disclosure, sharing and transfer, if any, of “personal information” by Multiplier . We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time based on changes as per the business, legal and regulatory requirements and applicable laws and the same shall be updated on this website.

A “Customer” is anyone who purchases Multiplier  products or services. When a Customer purchases products or services for use by others, those individuals also may be considered Customers for purposes of this Policy.

“Personal Information” is information that directly identifies or reasonably can be used to identify an individual Customer or User. Examples including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and financial account number etc. Personal Information does not include information that is readily available to the public through no fault of Multiplier .

Sensitive personal data or information (hereinafter referred to as SPDI):
“Sensitive Personal Data Or Information” means personal information which is more sensitive in nature viz. financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details, Biometric details, passwords or authentication information for any of our products or services etc.
For the purpose of this Privacy Statement, sensitive personal data or information has been considered as a part of Personal Information.
This Privacy Statement describes the Personal Information which we may collect and our approach towards handling or dealing with the same. This Privacy Statement is designed to enable you to understand:

Aggregate Information
“Aggregate Information” means information about groups or categories of Customers or Users, which does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual Customer or User. Aggregate Information is a kind of Anonymous Information.

“Website” means any page or location on the Internet, no matter what device (cell phone, laptop, PC, etc.) or protocol (HTTP, WAP, FTP or other) is used to access the page or location. In this Policy, we use the term website for other similar terms such as “Internet site,” “site,” and “web page.”

The basis on which we process information about you

1. Information we process because we have a contractual obligation with you
When you are receiving service from us or have received some services earlier from us, or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a contract is formed between you and us.
In order to carry out our obligations under that contract, we must process the information you give us. Some of this information may be personal information. This includes information such as agent’s details, client’s details, name, contact no., IP address, call data records, call recordings, billing details and KYC details. For mobile applications we collect details of call data records, call recording, mobile device information along with the OS details. We process such data to provide statistics and insights to our clients who have availed our products and services as the performance of the contract we have entered with them.
We may use it in order to:
  • verify your identity for security purposes
  • provide services
  • provide you with our services and direct marketing
  • provisioning of real time notifications through SMS and/or e-mail regarding missed calls;
  • provide you with suggestions and advice on services and how to obtain the most from using our website.
We process this information on the basis that there is a contract between us, or that you have requested that we use the information before we enter into a legal contract
Additionally, we may aggregate this information in a general way and use it to provide class information, for example, to monitor our performance with respect to a particular service we provide. If we use it for this purpose, you as an individual will not be personally identifiable.
We shall continue to process this information until the contract between us ends or is terminated by either party under the terms of the contract.
2. Information we collect and process with your consent
We will collect and use your and/or your Authorised User(s) Information for certain purposes, such as:

  • granting you and/or your Authorised User(s) access to our Websites and Product and services from third parties;

  • call analytics such as understanding how your business functions, provision of training and analysing call patterns and call reporting, agent productivity, team efficiency etc.
  • provisioning of actionable insights in the form of details of key metrics to optimize your team’s effort and to better understand your and/or your Authorised User(s)’ customer behaviour;
  • provisioning of call making facility from a browser extension provided by us;
  • notification of technical updates or changes in our policies
  • improvement of the content and functionality of our Website and Product; and/or
  • informing you about our Websites, Product and services either directly or through a third party
Wherever possible, we aim to obtain your explicit consent to process this information, for example, by asking you to agree to our use of cookies.Sometimes you might give your consent implicitly, such as when you send us a message by e-mail to which you would reasonably expect us to reply. Except where you have consented to our use of your information, we do not use your information in any way that would identify you personally. If you have given us explicit permission to do so, we may pass your name and personal contact information to selected third parties who are engaged with us to provide you services as normal. We continue to process your information until you withdraw your consent. 4. Information we process because we have a legal obligation
We are subject to the law like everyone else. Sometimes, we must process your information to comply with a statutory obligation.
For example, we may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorization.

5. Information provided on the understanding that it will be shared with a third party
We may use third parties in order to process your and/or your Authorised User(s)’ and/or end user’s Information. These third parties are obligated to keep such information protected and confidential.
We do not share such information with third parties unless doing so is necessary for purposes provided in our Privacy Policy; and/or to carry out your request and/or permissible under the laws.
We work closely with third parties for developing our Product and facilitating your use of the same. We may disclose the Information to such third parties engaged by us. However, we will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that such third parties keep such portions of the Information that they may receive from us confidential as per industry standards.

6. Who has access to the data we collect
We process and access the data we collect from you. However, we use third parties to assist us with processing your personal data including the following categories of recipients:

  • Multiplier Family Affiliates: With affiliates within the Multiplier , it’s affiliates and subsidiaries, to the extent such sharing of data is necessary to fulfill a request you have submitted via our websites or for customer support, marketing, technical operations and account management purposes.

7. Social Media Features
Our website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook, Google+ or Twitter button. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the third party company providing them.

The personal data that we collect from you is transferred to and stored in India i.e. outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It is processed by us or companies operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our service providers. Therefore, your Personal Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction, and in countries that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission or your local legislature or regulator, and that may not provide for the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction, such as the EEA. Our websites are hosted in India (AWS Mumbai, GCP Mumbai)
Accordingly, data obtained is processed in UAE and India.

20. Account Set-Up
When selecting User names and passwords for Multiplier accounts, you should choose words or characters that are not obvious. Likewise, you should always keep Personal Information such as account numbers, usernames, passwords or similar information in a secure place and not share the information with others
21. Use of site by children
  • We do not provide services for purchase by children, nor do we market to children.
  • If you are under 18, you may use our website only with consent from a parent or guardian
  • We collect data about all users of and visitors to these areas regardless of age, and we anticipate that some of those users and visitors will be children.

Payment Data is the information that you provide when you make online purchases. This may include your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Paytm), your name and billing address, and the security code associated with your payment instrument (e.g., the CSV or CVV).
